Yuchai and MTU built joint Venture in China

Feb 19,2016, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Company Ltd.(a subsidiary of Yuchai Group) and MTU Friedrichshafen GmbH (a subsidiary of Rolls Royce Power Systems)
have signed agreement to set up 50/50 joint venture. The new JV named MTU Yuchai power company Ltd.
The first phase investment of the JV is around 150 million RMB, the JV will produce MTU S4000 diesel engines which meet China
Non road Stage III emission standards with power outputs ranging from 1400 up to 3490 kW.
