It is with immense pleasure to declare the formal Stage V certification of the
Raywin 3C11 Series -3 Cylinder Engine The emission has been achieved with Stanadyne ECHO series Mechanical rotary pump with no after treatment or electronics thus retaining the same engine dimensions / foot print as that for Stage 3A.
